Where we rent

Three valleys, one local team.

We rent apartments and chalets in Courchevel, Méribel and Champagny. Here's what each resort is like and who it tends to suit.

Courchevel

Courchevel is where we're based, and where most of our properties are. The resort runs from Le Praz at 1300m up through Village and Moriond to 1850, so there's a village to suit every kind of holiday — quiet and traditional lower down, lively and high-altitude at the top.

From here the whole 3 Vallées ski area is directly accessible: over 600km of linked pistes shared with Méribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires. Good for mixed-ability groups, families and anyone who wants serious mileage.

  • Apartments and chalets in Le Praz, Village, Moriond and 1850
  • Direct access to the 3 Vallées ski area
  • Olympic ski jump, tobogganing and cross-country in Le Praz

Méribel

Méribel sits at the centre of the 3 Vallées, which makes it the natural choice if you want to ski in every direction from your door. The valley's wood-and-stone building rules mean the villages have kept a warm, classic Savoyard feel.

Tree-lined runs give it good bad-weather skiing, and the range of terrain suits families and confident skiers equally well.

  • Central position in the 3 Vallées
  • Sheltered, tree-lined pistes for poor-visibility days
  • Strong choice of apartments close to the lifts

Champagny-en-Vanoise

Champagny is a quieter, working alpine village on the southern side of the Vanoise, linked into the Paradiski area with La Plagne and Les Arcs. It's a good option if you want a more authentic base and a calmer week off the slopes.

The village keeps its farming character while giving you access to a huge lift-linked ski area, plus ice climbing and snowshoeing in Champagny le Haut.

  • Gateway to the Paradiski area — La Plagne and Les Arcs
  • Traditional village atmosphere, well suited to families
  • Ice climbing and snowshoeing in Champagny le Haut
